Van Service Rates

Base Price:
  • $45.00 within the city limits of Ann Arbor.
  • Starting or ending outside of Ann Arbor, the rate is $15 to start plus $3 per mile, with a $45.00 minimum. All portions of a mile are rounded upwards.

    • Extra Stops: Extra stops are $6 each, plus any additional mileage that accrues.

    Waiting Time: Waiting time is charged off at $.50/minute. This includes loading and unloading the van, waiting for additional passengers, waiting at additional stops, etc., once the combined wait time exceeds 5 minutes (the first 5 minutes being free).

    Weight Limits: All individual items must weigh 70 lbs. or less, and be able to reasonably fit in a van. There is no specific charge for the total weight of an order, although an order with a large number of items or particularly heavy items will probably accrue charges for waiting time.

    Holiday Service: There is a $5 surcharge for all van orders on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
