Website orders will not be accepted after 8 p.m. Eastern Time the day before service is desired, and should be entered at least 48 hours in advance. Acceptance of website orders is subject to Custom Transit's ability to accomodate them. Online reservations are not valid until a confirmation e-mail is sent by Custom Transit. The auto-replies that the system generates to indicate that it has received your order are not a confirmation. After the auto-reply you will receive a second email from our office stating either confirmation or rejection (missing info, overbooking, etc.). All online reservations require a valid return e-mail address capable of receiving and processing Custom Transit e-mails. Don't shoot us an email and walk away assuming you have a reservation!
We cannot alter your reservation until it has been entered into the system. If you need to make a change, wait until you receive your confirmation, then call.
Remember! For airport pickups and for round-trips, this website has airline-specific written directions on where to meet us at each of the terminals attached to it. Please remember to print these out and take them with you -- they are a real headache-saver! This reservation page is for Custom Transit Airport Shuttle orders only. For point-to-point, as-directed, custom or corporate ride programs, please call the Custom Transit reservation center at (734) 971-5555. The reservation center is open every day of the year, 7 am to 11pm.
